If your are having trouble finding a business by name, the name may be carried with a different spelling or spacing ("Sunglass Hut" instead of "Sun Glass Hut"). The query will automatically match any accounts whose business name field begins with the characters you enter. The search string "tex" will match "Tex and Tom Soda Shoppe" as well as "Texas BBQ". In the example above, a search criteria of "sun" would match both "Sunglass Hut" and "Sun and Shade". 

You may also try a wildcard character at the beginning of the search string (i.e. "%tex"). This will search for the character string "tex" occurring anywhere in the business name. For example, a search string of "%coffee" would find both "Coffee Barn" and "Ben and Jerry Coffee Emporium".

The server is designed to protect itself from extreme search volumes, however, and will not actually perform searches outside the maximum number of accounts it is allowed to retrieve.
