The 2013 proposed values for the residential and commercial real estate properties are now available for search and download.  However, some residential, commercial, BPP, and mineral accounts are still being appraised for 2013 and will still show a value of $0 on the website.

Beginning April 1, 2013, residential and commercial property owners, or agents, may file an online protest with eAccess.  If the the early deadline of April 30 is missed, a protest may still be filed until the final protest deadline of May 31, 2013 or 30 days after the mailing of the notice, whichever is later.  Only a residence homestead owner may be able to receive an offer to settle online without requiring a hearing with the ARB.  Please read the instructions below.
