The 2012 proposed values for the residential and commercial real estate properties are now available for search and download. However, some residential and commercial accounts are still being appraised for 2012 and will still show a value of $0 on the website. The 2012 proposed values for the business personal properties and the mineral properties will be available in mid-May. |

Beginning April 1, 2012, residential property owners, or agents, may file an online protest with TAD eAccess. If the the early deadline of April 30 is missed, a protest may still be filed until the final protest deadline of May 31, 2012 or 30 days after the mailing of the notice, whichever is later. Only a residential real estate property owner may be able to receive an offer to settle online without requiring a hearing with the ARB. Beginning May 1, 2012, commercial property owners, BPP owners, or agents may also file a protest until the final protest deadline of May 31, 2012 or 30 days after the mailing of the notice, whichever is later.
