A. The data on our web site is updated
on a regular basis and the date of the data is shown at the top
of the data display page. However, our deed processing runs four
to six weeks behind the County Clerk's office and it is possible
for an ownership change to occur in closing a sale that does not
show on our web site for up to four months. This is due to the
lag in communications between the title company and the County
Clerk, between the County Clerk and TAD, and finally, between
our internal database and the Web site.
