The data contained in the following files represents proposed data for tax year 2012.

Note: The following data is current as of 05/13/2012. It is fully described in the documentation above. This data will be updated weekly. Sizes are approximate and may vary as much as 10% from those shown.

AAAA (33.2 MB, the ZIP format of the raw data file: AAAA.TAD.) - Primary Real Estate account data (one per account).

Note: The format, length, and content of the AAAA file have changed. Refer to the documentation about the TAD data ^[PDF] and the import specifications in the database for changes. Please download and run the current version 2.0.23 (at least 2.0.19) of DistCopy program tool available below to convert the raw file AAAA.TAD to the processed file aaaa.txt, or to import AAAA.TAD into the MS Access database TADData.mdb directly. You will also need a pre-designed empty database empty Microsoft Access 2000 database (the ZIP format of TADData.mdb without data). (5/2/2012)

AAAC (477 KB) - Additional data associated with primary account.

ADMHIST (54.4 MB) - 5 Year Value History Per Account.

LOCA (6.5 MB) - All accounts. The property location address in a fielded format suitable for geographic processing.

PERS (3.3 MB) - Personal Property account primary data record (one per account).

MNRL (4.5 MB) - Mineral accounts (State Use Code G1, one per account). (Coming soon ....)

Note: This is a new file format which requires DistCopy version 2.0.19 or higher and the most current version of the empty Access 2000 database with the new MNRL import filter. Be sure you also have the most current documentation available.

AGNT (1.2 MB) - If the account is represented by an agent authorized to represent the owner during INFORMAL APPEALS, the agent code, name and address of the agent (none or one per account).

ECU (764 KB) - For commercial accounts, the TAD Economic Unit identifier and related business information (none or one per account).

ECUM (1.2 MB) - Master Economic Unit records (one per Economic Unit).

IMPR (12.7 MB) - For Residential Real Estate accounts, specific details related to improvements on the account (none to as many as required to describe all improvements).

IMPC (714 KB) - For Commercial Real Estate accounts, specific details related to additional improvements on the account (none to as many as required to describe all improvements).

SKCH (20.5 MB) - For Residential Real Estate accounts, vector data that may be used to draw a sketch of the improvements on the property (none to as many as required to sketch the improvements on an account).

CSK1 (2.4 MB) - For Commercial Real Estate accounts. Sketch part 1.

CSK2 (11.6 MB) - For Commercial Real Estate accounts. Sketch part 2.

CSK3 (4.7 MB) - For Commercial Real Estate accounts. Sketch part 3.

SALE (9.5 MB) - For Residential accounts only. Sales transactions which have occurred between 01/01/2003 and the date of extraction. Note: TAD receives sales information from various source, some under a non-disclosure agreement. Sales which have been acquired through such non-disclosure agreements will have a sale price of $0.

SIC (17 KB) - Standard Industrial Codes used by Tarrant Appraisal District in categorizing Business Personal Property accounts (one per SIC).

SUBD (327 KB) - Subdivision Master Records (one per subdivision or abstract).

Street Segment File (1.4 MB) - A file containing all streets in Tarrant County (and some outside) with address ranges as of 08/25/2008. Download the documentation about street segment ^[PDF].

Commercial Sales - It is no longer available for download. They may be viewed in our customer service area or purchased on CD ROM at our customer service counter.
