Please note that there is one space between "Last Name," and "First Name". Back to Property Data Search Menu Help with Owner Name Search The owner name is entered as found on the deed with the last name first, followed by a comma, a space, then the first name information.  For example, John and Jane Doe may be entered as "Doe, John etux Jane" or "Doe, John W and Jane E".  It could also be "Doe, J W" or any of a number of other stylings.  By policy, we enter the name as styled on the actual deed.  The query will automatically match any portion of the name you enter.  In the above example, a search criteria of "doe," would match all the stylings shown.  The server is designed to protect itself from extreme search volumes, however, and will not actually perform searches outside the maximum number of accounts it is allowed to retrieve.
