BPP Rendition Filing Begins Wednesday, January 1, 2020, on

Beginning Wednesday, January 1, and continuing through Wednesday, April 15, 2020* existing Business Personal Property (BPP) online account holders can login to, navigate to “My Dashboard”, then click the “Start Rendition” button for their property.

Save time and worry with TAD’s online filing feature by verifying your calculations, following prompts for any needed account updates, and receiving quick confirmation once your form is successfully submitted.

*If you need more time to file, request an automatic 30-day extension to Friday, May 15, 2020. You can submit your request online on or before April 15th.  Please note that filing late or not at all would result in a 10% penalty on your property tax bill. Also, we cannot accept emailed, faxed, or uploaded renditions.
