“Contact Us” is a Powerful Tool for Users

By 01/04/2018News users can submit questions, comments, and suggestions by way of the “Contact Us” feature that utilizes web-based email routed directly to staff members with specialized training.  From the homepage, hover your cursor over “About” on the menu bar at the top of the page then move it down and left to select “Contact Us”.  Once redirected, you can then scroll down the page to view your online contact options.

Topics available for inquiry are listed under “Reason for contacting TAD” and include:

  • Address Changes
  • Agricultural
  • Appointment of Agent
  • Business Personal Property
  • Commercial Property
  • Exemptions
  • Mineral (Oil and Gas)
  • Ownership Changes
  • Ownership Questions
  • Residential Property
  • Webmaster
  • Withdrawal of Protest
  • Other

When selecting one of these topics above users will need to provide their contact information so that TAD staff can respond to their issue.  However, anonymous comments and suggestions are also welcome and can be submitted by selecting the “Anonymous Comment or Suggestion” option. This option only requires that the “Email Address” and “Message / Request” be completed – no other contact information is necessary.  This option is intended for no reply necessary-type comments or suggestions.

For those users that wish to bypass the TAD staff altogether, the “Taxpayer Liaison Officer – Comment or Suggestion” option will be handled outside of the District’s chain of command.
