May 15th Protest Deadline

For property owners receiving a 2018 notice of appraised value from the Tarrant Appraisal District (TAD) prior to April 15th, the protest deadline is Tuesday, May 15th – this is also the protest deadline for those properties not required to receive a notice in 2018. Property owners receiving a notice after April 15th are still afforded at least 30 days to file a protest to the Tarrant Appraisal Review Board (TARB).

Electronic protest filing, value documentation, and other settlement features are available on this website for those that create a free online account.
